📌 Job Title: Team Lead - Delivery Center

You will play an important role in the management of daily shift operations, support the delivery center manager and will ensure that Amazon's mythological distribution standards are met with stability and skill.
📋 Large areas of responsibility
Collaborate with the Distribution Center (DC) for smooth shift operations
Manage the execution of end-to-end delivery from station to customer doors
Monitor the workforce bandwidth and optimize for top delivery time
Use continuous improvement and efficiency practice
Maintain your own performance measurements and high customer satisfaction
🛠 Necessary skills and characteristics
Strong performance and leadership skills
Press and ability to work independently
Skilled in resource management and strategic problems
High ownership, bias for action and flexibility in ambiguity
Excellent analytical and communication skills
🧠 Basic qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Boli and written English
Good command of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Families with topography on urban level and road network
Previous experience with logistics, operation or transport team
